Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
