One Brand New Cooling Fan Clutch/Coupling

 

Our Fan Clutches are made of die-cast aluminum and feature a precisely machined body, allowing for a snug fit within narrow tolerances and delivering precise performance.

The incorporation of deep fins increases the surface area, leading to better heat dissipation. Moreover, the exclusive drive spines are knurled and burnished to prevent slippage caused by heavy torque loads, ensuring the bearings last longer. A bi-metal thermostatic spring is integrated, adjusting the fan speed based on the operating temperature requirements, which helps to reduce fuel consumption.

High-quality bearings are used to ensure a longer and quieter operational life as well as a special silicone fluid is employed to inhibit heat build-up, thereby extending the service life further.
